I've had good luck with them. Sure, the pan and dog will be gone, but who cares, they need to be completely redone after a catch anyway. They are faster than an MB 750 and after cutting the pans down, we have had really good catches. In our very little snow years, these are easier to hide than a number 9. Obviously the number 9 is still the King, but we use these just as much.
