interesting ad I noticed, appears in an F.C.Taylor Fur Co., St Louis, Mo. flyer dated Dec 1951. Sent out monthly or so, this is the first it appears in, back again in Jan.52 is an ad for I believe the same Trap, just a pound lighter shipping. They apparently sold out rather quickly as the ad appeared no more. Anyone know what make trap these were? Newhouse clones? Those were the days. smile

These are #150 Newhouse. If you read down in the ad, it says.

"We bought these traps at a fraction of their cost from a large rubber company that intended to use them on their large plantation in Liberia were Lions and Tigers frequently attacked their native workers."

"We bought them right and want to pass the savings on to our friends."
