What is best and why? What do you use to catch those pups and lock down the very territorial yotes?
What's your favorite lure/baits for this time of year?
Thanks Ken Smith

I went out with a fur/nuisance trapper who lives 40 mikes east of me. Since it’s calving time he used “calf cleanings”. It looked like after birth. Anyway, farmers would save it for him and he used it for coyote bait. He said it stinks to high heaven but it works extremely well for him. Considering he’d just set the day before, I got to see 3 coyotes that gave up their hides for a taste of those cleanings!
Never too old to learn

Like Teacher said it is calving time so use calf cleanings. Look at the time of the year it is and use something that goes along with that. Coyotes almost always go after small rodents like gophers. pd. ground hogs, rabbits. you can't go wrong with any of those. Urine is always good. The answer to you question can be a whole book's worth of information. Why not get a good video?
Just passin through

Urine and gland lure. Buzzards find fresh bait when it starts to rot. I like a food lure. Ask the lure maker if they have any for summer work
