Incredible craftsmanship! Some very nice pieces. I am guessing the prices are reasonable with the amount of work into them, but outside of my price range. I would be afraid to use it!

I have a stalwort axe from John neeman tools. John neeman tools sort of started/ became the northmen guild. Same axe as pictured but the handle has a leather overstrike wrap instead of the grip wrap. They are indeed nice. I have never actuly used mine, just hang it on the wall. Too pretty and I have a granfors as a working axe.

They do a great job marketing their stuff and their products are indeed excellent.

For even more fun watch their log cabin building videos. I think this is only part one. I found and watched the whole thing and it was astonishing what they do with a few hand tools. I believe this is only part one but it's worth searching for and watching the whole thing

Ya, as far as I know, the Jacob guy in the video teaches the Northmen timber framing courses. Norway or somewhere over there.

I have to say that their "Northmen" brand of marketing is incredible. I get the feeling that they do it for more than just the money. If you watch the video, the craftsmanship is extraordinary.
