The US Air Force lost a case of ammo for a grenade launcher on an Indian Rez in N Dakota. Fell off the back of an HumVee and they can't find it.

I highly doubt it fell out the back of anything. That whole place will be locked down until they find it. It will be found more than likely in the trunk of some dumb airmans car.

Agree possum man. When at Ft Riley during a maneuver an M 16 was lost. The whole brigade was out walking the fields at 5' intervals. The one missing the rifle finally broke down and told them where it was stashed. Fool hid his own weapon with the intention of selling it in Kansas City on the black market or was his story.
Not 100% sure but seems he drew 20 years at hard labor for his effort.
