I saw a ton that looked like that on my recent drive from Dallas to Las Vegas working the sides of the highway for road kill I guess. Could me they are just doing some predator control to thin out the ones like that. -TJ Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
