How long is the dog on a #3 bridger? From center of the eye to the end is the measurement I need. Thanks.

The Bridger #3 4 coil I have are approximately 1 5/8. Hope this helps.

Better get you some new bolts for attaching them pans. That dip is hard on them.

im only doing 1 trap. just want to see a modified 3 with mb style dog and expand a pan to try.

I've added # 9 wire on the top of my trap dogs prevent coyotes bending them

I like the MB style dogs on all traps . I have 180 MB 550s . Have been using MBs since 2010 and have only lost or bent 1 dog. I dont have another contract coyote job till June 5 th . SO really me and a friend are just playing with some traps = Thoght about a Expand A Pan , Mb style combo.

Also on the dog you can make a MB style dog out of a 20d nail.

And for the regular dog on a #3, cut the head and tail off an 8d nail and weld it to the top of the dog. Works great.

I looked st Wind River pans. Thats not what were going for here. MB style = Autible Click when you set them . Is what were going for = thats the reason for the Expand A Pan = with a MB style dog.

I am a big fan of pit pans on the Bridger #3s
