I sure hope you are right. A person can get prosecuted for online bullying and all sorts things these days but I bet donated money this puke of a person never does any more time than her dui may require.

She should do time, and so should the attorney. The attorney should bear some responsibility for due diligence before demeaning, slandering, and destroying this troopers reputation. Maybe he should be judged the harsher of the two.

Woman accusing a cop of sexual assault out of a desire for revenge is no different than a cop planting or falsifying evidence. "Thou shalt not bear false witness" is one of the things in the bible I don't see how anyone could have a problem with.

BTW I don't see how anybody can fault her lawyer for believing her anymore than you can fault a prosecutor for convicting someone of a crime with false evidence provided by a cop.

All LEO'S should where body cams. It just doesn't help the public, as in this case, it helped the LEO too. I can only imagine what the cop would have had to go through if he didn't have proof. I agree, she should be brought up on some kind of charge.

And you can't tell me that even If the Lawyer did know she was guilty that he wouldn't still have tried to get her off by any means possible.
I haven't heard of any defense attorney going to the DA and tell them his client Is guilty and tell them why.

How do you sleep at night knowing you were defending a guilty party and then getting them off? It must be about the money.

The police officer basically experienced the modern equivalent of lynching. Nowadays, the media, which is strongly anti-male and anti-white, lynches the reputation of people, mostly white men, if those people are accused of sexual crimes or crimes against minorities, even when they lack legitimate evidence. The media justifies this behavior, because of the past oppression they feel that white males and men of any color carried out.

All cases should be judged on the case's merits, not on the physical characteristics of the people involved. To do otherwise just spreads hate and resentment.

You ever get time to spend a day or two in Court you will see some stuff that will make your heads explode at times, sit back pay attention and listen closely.

Go to Court often and it becomes even clearer that justice is not the number one goal there.

I definitely do not condone what this woman did and if true she has consequences to pay for doing it, but if you are going to lock up and throw away the key for everyone that makes up a story and lies to authorities our jails don't have enough cells to hold all of them especially if we look at the stories and lies that come from Washington D.C.

This case is about a good man doing honest work in the name of we the people. This other being didn't just lie to authorities she lied and slandered an innocent man as did her lawyer.
