Depends on where it is and how you get to it.

13x32 ?????????????????? Are you sure about that 13 ?? That's an odd dimension.

That is what it said. The Amish are making them.

Amish transportation in Alaska might be a problem. How soon do you need it built?

Or that picture is intentionally misleading. If you scale a couple siding rolls to accomodate header, measure down to the bottom then take that measurement horizontally it's more than twice that across the end. Would seem to me the cabin pictured is at least 20 feet wide but I'd say 24'.

I'd say about 20' wide, assuming those windows are ~30" wide.

I figured about 20' wide also. If I remember the codes correctly foundation vents are usually 13 feet apart and no more than 3 feet from each corner.

There is no way that building is 13 feet wide !

13x32 could be the loft dimensions. As stated the proportions are wrong in the photo for the cabin footprint to be 13x32.

Granted I'm trying from an I-pad but as close as I can get scale mark from the foundation vent, in our country those vents are 16" and replace one block, I believe that main level is 22' wide.
Looking at the inner loft photo I believe that's 6" plank flooring, but I cannot get it quite clear enough to count all the joints in width.
This all being said I do not believe the loft to be nearly 22' wide, I'm confused why the two photos would be representing the same structure in an advertisement. Even with 12" or deeper thickness rafter system something seems amiss.

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.

Well there are so many variables that we don't know. But if that was built here...just as it looks in that picture i would say a MINIMUM number would be 85 K without the land and with no running water

It easily could be higher depending on where it would be built
