I figured freezing would be the best way to preserve hog turds and mulberry.

But I was a bit confused with term "Would" chuck poop. LOL
I see there were 57 hits and I'm the only one who gave It a shot. Well I tried.

Think jelly/jams for the Mulberry........Pectin and MP?

Poop is covered in a couple bait/lure books........hmmmmmmmmm.

Pretty sure Paul knows....but I'd try WOODchuck.

the poop is going to be tough to preserve the bacteria scale is off the chart. Preservation would be easier than trying to keep its original, texture after being preserved. If you could liquefy it them it could be managed easier. Ive stabilized freeze dried poop with glycol and salt. that retained it actual smell. and lasted several years, but expired due to mold. mulberrys sugar then pectin
