An oncologist was brought in for my father-in-law. Previous test results were not correct... He has cancer.

The biopsy came back negative. But the oncologist explained that this form of cancer does not show up in a biopsy. But another test revealed markers off the chart.

So we are back to square one and looking at a serious uphill battle.

What type of cancer? Cll? Lymphoma? My white count is 103,000. still going after 9 yrs of it.

Good luck to you father in law, your family and you. Remember that when you are in any care giver role it places an unexpected burden on your shoulders. Stay strong.
I went through the care giving role with my late wife. When one person in a family gets cancer it affects all.

If I'm understanding right it is in the bile ducts going to his liver.

It seems to be a rare thing.
