What I understand if the pan is stamped "The Victor" they were done being made in 1889. This all I can find in my book. There is nothing stated when the cast jaws were done being used that I could find.?.

The ribbed jaw was patented in 1921 but was only used on the smaller size "Victor" traps, #0, 1, 1 Giant, 1 1/2 and 2, to replace the cast jaws. The #3 and 4 remained cast jawed until the late 1920's. Animal Trap Comp. of America bought out Oneida Community's trap manufacturing business in Feb. 1925, they continued to use the "Victor, Oneida Community, N.Y." pan stamping for several years, then changed to the "Oneida Victor, Animal Trap Company of America, Lititz, PA" pan stamp around 1928.
