Fired up the smoker this morning. Our IT guy at school is being transferred to another school so we are having a party for him Tuesday. Getting the pulled bbq pork ready today. Shoud be done in 10 hours or so.


Have to do a "quality control" test this evening. Hate when that happens.

hickory cooked chicken outdoors.wife and i are workin around the yard and barns all day then fathers day dinner tonight cause of rain tomorrow.i wanna open your smoker and look though.i will fish a bit today as i'd like a fish to smoke tomorrow.
