Jonathan OP "Wilson" Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 10,488 Northwestern New York(Elder)	This Painted Lady showed up on a stump in my yard for the second time yesterday. There are very few this year compared to the past several seasons where I live on the south shore of Lake Ontario. Jonathan Camera Gear: Canon EOS 7D-MK-II, Canon EF-S 10-22mm, EF 28-135mm, EF 100-400mm and EF 400mm lenses.

It is a Red Admiral and not an Australian Painted Lady when I went online 6 years ago to identify the species. I have a lot of milk weed a long some running water at the ranch. I would like to capture some eggs and try to go through the process to full butterfly. Give me a fish, I will eat for a day.
