Well I had typed out a long response and lost it.

I'll bet you can get most trapping gear shipped for a slight extra fee as someone will have to fill out customs forms and probably hand deliver to the outgoing shipping point.

I'd expect they will refuse to ship bait, lure, urine, or other liquids like those that will cause an issue with drug and explosive dogs or stink if then spill. I'd also expect they will not ship bigger items like coyote boards as the military mail system is not well suited for those.

Send John Chagnon or Scott Painter here a PM and ask! John owns PCS Outdoors and Scott owns Blue Ridge Outdoor supplies. Both do brisk mail order business so they would know.

As long as your at an APO or FPO address the USPostal service will handle delivery to a conus facility, then the military mail system takes over. Much easier than trying to send to a private address overseas.

I'm assuming that you're mail comes via APO/FPO. If so, here are the restrictions for the different zip codes. As long as there are no restrictions being violated, I reckon anyone can ship you what you would like. It's been a long time since I've received stuff from an APO.
