I came across this plant today, not sure what it is any ideas?

The plant looks like foxtail with immature seed pods. We have two varieties here, giant foxtail and regular foxtail.

Cool pictures. I like the ducks.

It (the plant) is, I believe, called Fringed Sedge. Latin name Carex crinita?? It is a native sedge that grows along streams, or in moist areas.

I've seen fox-tail in the past this has seed pods hanging down...
