Thats the reason I did not get that new I phone. It has facial recognition. The darn thing would not work for me till I had my second cup of coffee in the morning.

Well it for sure works. Got together with some people the other day that I went to school with. We have all know each other since school K-12. We've all stay connected on FB and the other day 5 of us got together for the first time in I think 4 years. Of course we had to do a selfie and one of the gals used her new phone. As soon as she brought that photo up for us to look at. It had tag all our names on the photo. So facial recognition and our all being on FB the camera on the phone could tag us. She was like OMG I didn't know it would or could do that??? Yep good thing none of us has warrants out on us. The one who's phone was used for the photo said she had also done Ancestry DNA thing. So how much info is now out there about her LOL! Gets easier to find Waldo every day..

If it's done in the name of safety to protect us for criminals wait until you have to get a scan to buy ammo or other things deemed as unsafe by the masses. And what do you think is going to happen when that system is hacked. And it will be.

If scanners reduce crime or catch criminals, I dont have a problem. The Philadelphia International terminal scans passports and matches the picture of the travelor to the passport picture. Speeds up reentry into the country. I like it. They have done this for about 3 years now.
ive done it a few times. doesnt speed it up really for a few reasons......many times ppl have trouble using it and u have to get someone to help you,,#2 you still have to approach a customs officer who may or may not ask you a few questions...ive had it both ways.
