52Carl trapper 5 Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 7,692 Virginia	If someone out East pronounces it Ky oat, and is not a trapper or a hunter, he is synonymous with a city slicker wearing a cowboy hat (all hat, no cows), and likely gay or has something else wrong with him. Its about 50-50 out here as to how it is pronounced. Real trappers say it ky oats.
