Can, Do you live in Arcade, or are you a Snowbird back up for the summer there in the Southerntier? I live on Lake Ontario in Northwest Niagara County and it is a cool 93*F and very humid at the moment.

Watching the Twins/Cubs game they are dropping like flies 1 cramps and 2 heat sick so far!
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Nothing you can really do if you have had heat exhaustion, or heat stroke, it is easy to get it again. Like frost bite once you get it it's worse next time. I got it from scooping oats in a hot grain bin with nothing to drink when I was 14, in bed for three days. I got sick a half day from working in a hot apt couple years ago
