I think that quite the opposite is true , the Liberals just want to cry when their tool is used not to justify their agenda but prove why their agenda is flawed , they want to be the only ones who can play the free speech card , but everyone gets a deck full of them.

I'm sure liberals would love to get rid of that pesky 1st amendment. That could be part of the reason they're working so hard to get rid of the 2nd.

anything a liberal says is "free speech". Anything a conservative says is "weaponized free speech". It's the all to typical hypocrisy that we see day in and day out that has become the definition of liberalism. They have absolutely nothing left to their agenda. Stock market booming, race relations on the mend big time, NK at the table, economy soaring, unemployment at record lows, trade deals renegotiated to be fair, appointing another conservative justice that will protect and secure the 2nd for at least another generation, people leaving the liberal democrat party in droves and I've barely scratched the surface of the accomplishments of this administration in less than 2 years. It's incredible and amazing. What is left of the gun hating, race baiting, speech stifling, anti American hate party will be destroyed in November. Hopefully 2020 will be nothing more than a mop up operation. The 2nd and the American way of life is well on it's way to being secured so that the next generation can enjoy the freedoms that we have. Hopefully, they never back down and get back to the edge of the cliff we were just on.

A Tory is Anti American , believes in siding with a foreign government to maintain their status ,they bathe in Hypocrisy while they wish to be subjects themselves they wish to control others as their subjects.

Most controversial supreme court decisions will be 6-3 soon, if Ruth Ginsburg dies in the next couple years it could be 7-2, always good to stay aware of what is going on but I wouldnt worry about this much, would be more worried about the conservative justices who cannot seem to read the 4th amendment and give into nearly every invasion by law enforcement/government.

Amen Donnersurvivor. There is threat to liberty from the right and the left. The answer is to cling to the Constitution and err on the side of individual liberty over state power in all difficult questions brought before the court.

I'll take my chances at 6-3 the way it's headed now. Glad Hillary didn't get in and it's the other way.
