"Should we call in the K9 Unit?"

"Nah.....just get the bulldozer."

I wonder how far down the protocol list "get the bulldozer" is?

Nowadays it just don't pay to be a good 'ol boy.

Well, within your rant you picked both sides. So pick a side at least. I'm not saying you're right or wrong, just all over the map.

I suspect the smashed dope grower's family will receive a very large settlement.

I suspect you are correct.

This stupid stunt is likely to cost the taxpayers big time.

K9 broke his collar and bite the bejesus out of an innocent man on his way to work. I would rather take my chances with a bulldozer.

On the Canada Goose thread, i said states would tell them to pound sand if they wanted laws changed. Only the first couple people understood, and soon they had me telling them to pound sand, lol.

I hope some is on porpose and that they are not that bad at reading.

The state cop tried denying the suspect was killed by the dozer, claimed he might have had a heart attack.

Man Killed After Ten Pot Plants Discovered

First, Trooper Boehm denied that Longenecker died as a result of a police pursuit. “They were just trying to locate this guy with use of a helicopter,” he explained.

Then he suggested that Longenecker may have died of natural causes. “The reason it’s unclear if Longenecker was struck and killed by the bulldozer is that Longenecker, because of his age, could have had a heart attack while fleeing through the dense thicket,” Boehm said.

But that attempted diversion was foiled on Tuesday when the preliminary autopsy report came out. That report found that Longenecker died of traumatic injuries after being run over by the bulldozer. A final ruling on the cause of death awaits toxicology tests, but it is clear that he died after being run over by the bulldozer.

Never thought I’d see the Rawstory garbage website be used as a “source” of news on Tman.

I am not familiar with the site. The story came up on my north-central PA news feed and that is the site it linked to.

It seems very plausible to me that a cop, having just smashed a man with a bulldozer over a victim-less crime, would try to avoid taking responsibility.

At least the guy wasn’t trespassing. He was using land payed for by his tax dollars. Yes it’s not a very smart thing to do. I’m trying to figure out why the dozer was used in the first place. I understand how thick the woods can be. Honestly it sounds to me like the guy wanted to be a hero by hopping on the dozer and plowing through the woods.

Technically he was trespassing, if you aren't participating in
an outdoor activity ie hunting, fishing, even animal watching,
on game lands you are trespassing, and they were all bought with
revenue from hunting licence sales, no state money.
