First of all if you commit a crime be prepared to pay a penalty .Next remember we as citizens are supposed to get our day in court .Also PA is just getting started in the Medical Marijuana business which means the state will be profiting from the business of it .We all know we never have any problem with the corruption of our state government .And finally we do not enforce the death penalty in this state for convicted murderers .But some how this person is dead .I am not taking sides .It is a sad situation .And we all are worse off because of it

I am not familiar with the site. The story came up on my north-central PA news feed and that is the site it linked to.

It seems very plausible to me that a cop, having just smashed a man with a bulldozer over a victim-less crime, would try to avoid taking responsibility.

At least the guy wasn’t trespassing. He was using land payed for by his tax dollars. Yes it’s not a very smart thing to do. I’m trying to figure out why the dozer was used in the first place. I understand how thick the woods can be. Honestly it sounds to me like the guy wanted to be a hero by hopping on the dozer and plowing through the woods.

Technically he was trespassing, if you aren't participating in
an outdoor activity ie hunting, fishing, even animal watching,
on game lands you are trespassing, and they were all bought with
revenue from hunting licence sales, no state money.
