I didn't see the picture but mine came with swingset chain and only one spring. It has factory shine. I think I was told you could get them with different spring and chain configurations?

The ones I bought brand new from Herters when I was a kid had one spring and kinkless chain similar to a 114 newhouse. The one in the picture has the chain type you describe. Maybe it is correct? I’ve seen several over the years and all had kinkless chain. The listing says Newhouse traps for sale. Take a look.

That's mine to a T, Except mine has factory shine. I think some came that way.

Refer to an old post on page 28. I've got 4 versions, all factory shine my uncle bought new and never touched. He did use some for wolves after putting Newhouse 114 springs and chain on them.
