UPDATE: We went to court this morning and the judge heard all the evidence. He has bound the case over to Butler County Courts for a Grand Jury Trial. Charge felonious assault with severe bodily harm. I asked the detective why not attempted murder he said Ohio has no attempted murder charges that either it's felonious assult or murder. Also they DID NOT revoke their bond !!! The detective was floored! One of the witnesses that are coming forward had her car destroyed last night. I believe in hopes to scare her in to not showing for court. She said she will not back down as she has never seen someone beaten like that in her life. Sad part she just moved in that night and signed a year lease.
I would like to add she did well. Before court even started a fight almost broke out. I big man with sunglasses that was with THEM walked in to the court room and stood over her staring in her beat up face... She stood her ground and said to him... I will not be intiminated by you all anymore !!!! The man started raising his voice as I was leaving my chair and the bailiff came flying by and threw him out. She also held her emotions and did very well on the stand. I am extremely proud of her !!!
