Cream of mushroom soup, rice, and pork chops, all combined in a Dutch oven. Looks vile; tasty, though, and very little clean up.

Pre-cook your meals, freeze them in vacuum seal bags. In the morning, pull that evening's meal out of the cooler and let thaw, when thawed place sealed bag into a pan of nearly boiling water and heat to desired temperature.

This method saves a lot of time, and you don't have a bunch of greasy pans and cooking utensils to clean after eating.

Freeze items separately; meat in one bag vegetables in another, and under-cook your food a little bit before you seal it in the bags; it will cook a little more when you reheat it.

Some of my main meals:
Kilbasa in BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut
Ribeye steaks, corn
BBQ chicken, mixed vegetables
Teriyaki chicken, rice
Chili with little smokies added to it, corn

Here are a couple of my favorites:

Zaterains jambalaya rice and (canned) shrimp with cut up onions and green peppers.

Long grain rice, chicken chunks, peanuts, cut up onions and peppers. I use pre-cooked or canned chicken.

Both are easy one pot meals that take as long as it takes to cook the rice. The onions and peppers can be fresh or cut up and dehydrated.

Try cutting up kilbasa and frying it with a can (not full just what you need) sprite. Great tasting, try it at home sometime, quick, easy but more as
a little appetizer.

Try catching some fish, frog legs or a turtle and cooking with tin foil on a fire, might need a can of pork and beans.

Waggler, great advice, that's what we used to do, fast and easy. Sausage and red beans and rice was good.

Sliced pork loin and buns with a few BBQ sauces heat it as you need it quick easy and meaty fills a guy up! A pan of lasagna precooked is good and good old beans a wieners.

Breakfast I like a good pork sausage to brown in a pan and then add hash browns and finish off with scrambled eggs on top that a favorite.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Look up "sparkling potatoes" on youtube it's made in a Dutch oven. My brother and I were camp cooks for many years, I figured if we had to eat it may as well be eat good. WE did all of our cooking either directly on the fire or with cast iron. We did a lot of kabobs on the fire, roasted corn, pot roast in a dutch oven, peach/apple crisp, biscuits, chicken fried steak, etc. Basically, anything you'd make at home.

Buy a propane or electric smoker for the camp. Make bbq ribs, pork butt, smoked vennison, ABT's(atomic buffalo turds.)

We do what waggler said pre-make and freeze. Most of what we make we don't vacuum pack tho. I freeze in square plastic containers that will fit in to the pan to rewarm and or thaw and that way they stack in the cooler and replace the ice needed.

Some of our favorites:

Pre-Made

Ham and beans with corn bread muffins ( also frozen )
meat ball subs
spaghetti
stew
chili
beef and gravy over rice
chicken and noodles
bacon

made in camp

shrimp boil or foil packets the first night
tomato soup and grilled cheese
steak either grilled or chicken fried
fried spuds
biscuits and gravy
cinnamon rolls

I'm going to get a can cooker this year before camp for the shrimp boil and maybe do corned beef and cabbage or stuffed green peppers ( I can pre-make the filling). Bagged salads and instant potatoes that I doctor up are always in camp too. I do 90% of the cooking for our camp and with the pre-made dishes I can have dinner served in about half an hour takes about an hour for me to make some of the stuff in camp but they are favorites and worth the wait. Plus cooking gets me out of washing dishes or stoking the wood stove at night.
