Yep. I've had things happen like this a few times. I haven't decided if it's laziness on their part or if the return shipping costs would exceed the loss of profit on the item...

I figured Shiping cost outweighed profit margin? Dunno though,. The guy on the other end was to busy laughing at me because i wasn't understanding him when he asked me what paper work said. I kept trying to give him the part number. He was trying to tell me not to worry about it in a smartalic sort away.
