I believe the death penalty should be used in cases like this with no question of guilt. The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price

If I used a firearm to shoot a person in self defense here in Canada, I guarantee I would be alive...but in jail. Regardless, I know the choice I would make. Knowing our laws, if I bludgeoned someone to death with a broken rifle stock in an act of self defense id still be in jail...

Real problem is the high cost to taxpayers to kill a guy like that. He'll cost us hundreds of thousands if not more in appeals and such. Pete
