When one looks at the two candidates we were offered in the last presidential election, it is little wonder that sensible people are walking away from BOTH parties. Party politics is what is ruining so much of what could be great about this country. The extremists on the left as well as the right seem to believe any American who doesn't agree with their views on all issues is an enemy.

Our system can not work when politics become all about dividing the people of the country.Much of our press has joined the effort. We may be doomed.

The Democratic and liberal party wouldn't be so bad if they were not all about taken guns and filling the country my daughter has to grow up in with Muslim and illegal Mexicans. Then give my tax dollars to them. But you are right about we being doomed because we can't keep the president we have for ever. Then the country will fill up with immigrants and free loaders.

I believe Obama was the most racist president of my lifetime. I believe trump lies more often than any of the others.
I think history will note trrumps dishonesty nearly anytime he is mentioned. I doubt Obama's racism will ever be mentioned-much like things are today.

I watch the news at night and it seems this country is so divided. It is hard for me to believe and if it is really true, then very scary as well. But, I guess the country is this divided because our congress members are supposed to represent "We the People." If they are so divided, then it must be a reflection on who We are as Americans.....? Is this really the case, I don't believe it.

What is wrong and Un-American about wanting legal immigration? Please, come through our front door and we will welcome you. But don't break through our back door?

What is wrong and Un-American about having to prove that you are a US citizen before being able to vote?

What is wrong and Un-American about expecting able-bodied young men and women to work for a living and not receive free handouts?

I see and work with folks of all races and all faiths. Just about all of them think the same way. However, I know some of them voted very differently than I did. How can we as a Nation believe the same tenets, but yet vote differently?

I think it must be because of political (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) and gutless politicians that promise everything, but provide nothing. Decent folks of all races and faiths are figuring their BS out. DRAIN THE SWAMP! MAGA!

DC stopped working for the people many years ago they work for each other have been for a long time now. The same people that sent jobs overseas and give away billions and billions of dollars and tell us it's for us somehow and they leave DC as millionaires.


The most cooperation I have seen in my lifetime is to oust the guy that is doing what he promised to do if elected if you think about it.
