wy.wolfer OP trapper W Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 3,239 Co.-Wy. part time AK.	I have a restaurateur friend that has a chain of high end eateries throughout the ski areas here, he asked me to find a place for him to buy properly dried black morels with a nutty, earthy flavor. Anyone know about this?

I doubt there is any one person that could find enough morels, consistently, to supply a restaurant. I have had years where we picked 300+ pounds, but the next year might only be 10#...
