It's a Milk Snake for sure. We get hundreds of calls for them, and many people do get them confused with Copperheads. Very healthy and nice looking snake.....better check for mice as it is there for a reason.

I suspect it is either a red milk snake (Lampropeltis triangulum syspila) or an eastern milk snake (L. triangulum Triangulum)
