It is not that I dislike non-local people hunting here ( many times right here in town on private property ), it is the problem with them invading the area you hunt and turning it into a zoo to the point you get displaced by the masses. The people are not bad, they just don't seem to understand what they are doing. We are friendly, which means we get more friends than we want.

This anti-immigration fad is really spreading.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I understand, Dirt. Where I opperate, trapping-wise, I have to get territorial, if you will.
The numbers aren't what some seem to think. And I have years invested in what I have.
Granted, I don't survive on my fur harvest, but I have a lot invested in the area.

Just doing what I want now.

By the looks of the PCMB collar information you can hunt caribou right in town in Arctic Village right now.

Do you have a link to the collar tracking site? Isn't it delayed by a couple of weeks?

its not delayed by a couple weeks any more. You in the Porcupine range Rusty? The Porkies were close to Aklavik this summer but it was so cold and wet they never really came down off the mountains.
