I have had some people call me to do some ADC work. Can I just wait until trapping season to trap them or would I still have to have a license for ADC? I am in Tennessee also.

I would think if you waited until season your trappin license is all you would need

What do your state regs say?
In most if you charge you must be appropriately licensed/permitted. Then there's the whole business entity thing to consider with many jurisdictions requiring business licenses/fees then you need to consider liabilities....

Just saying.
