It's the time of year when I need extra energy. I don't know how to make it, so, this is the best you can buy.  2 sheets a day till May and I'll be as healthy as a horse.

Must be great stuff it makes lutefisk eatable. I've never heard of it before. Well...yer from Kansas, of course you haven't heard of it. How'd you hear about lutefisk ? lol.  Osky, I will eat Lutefisk, because it's polite to eat what is served in front of you . I'm not partial to it though.

Yes, I remember a few old fellas when I grew up for whom Swedish or Norwegian was their first language, and you could tell it too.

I have a lot of Scandanavian in me, and still... I won't give Lutefisk a chance, though I LOVE good Lefse! Fortunately one of the only businesses within 150 miles from here is this one: https://www.lefseshack.com/Real butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon rolled up and warmed on the old wood stove a bit..... Oh ya!
