Picked up 4 beaver, a dozen rats 1 coon and a skunk so far this week this week. Haven't done much with the canine sets til after deer hunting but found a few more ponds I can work over til the orange army is done for the year. With luck most of the farm fields will be dry enough to make some decent sets.

Still waiting here with the Coyotes. It's a terrible thing when work get's in the way, but at least the fur will be prime when it begins. Got to go to Montana for a few days to kill a Rock Donkey, then it's smack down time for Coyotes. At least I won't have to sew any trapped/slug shot coyotes this year. Great to see you out and about Rob. Logan and you are making some great memories! Rick you are making me jealous seeing them coyotes, but soon enough it will be smack down time for me.

Here's some of the yotes from this year, they seem to be a little darker this year.I have not brushed them out or boraxed them maybe it's just the dirt mud still in there. No yotes today, had a fox work over a set,but with 4 pounds of tension he didn't trip it,which is fine with me.I catch very few skunks that way too,the two I've caught this year were back foot catches not surprising.cAUGHT 2 MUSKRATS IN MY 3 MINK SETS TODAY AND PUT OUT 3 MORE MINK SETS ,maybe tomorrow i'll have 6 muskrats.

Trapped 3 coon and 3 skunk with a few dp's to start land opener, took out 11 nuisance beaver so far between bowhunting, screwed up on my one chance at a big 140 in 8 I been chasing, and saw another 155 in ten the same morning. Hope to clean up the beaver and fill my 3 buck tags, two across the river that I have been working on. Also called and killed 5 coyotes. Fur is looking nice and haven't blown one up yet. Good luck
