Looks like that's it.

Just a word of caution. A website I found said this, "Although the leaves feel soft and fuzzy they do not make good "wild" toilet paper as the small hairs can get stuck in your skin which is very uncomfortable". eek

The pic is a second year growth, first yr has big soft green low basal type leaves, plant stems also make a great spindle for both hand drill and bow drill friction fire. Leaves can be used for teas for bronchial type symptoms, and yes it is mullein.
