For anyone that grew up reading Marvel Comics as a kid, Stan Lee passed away today at the age of 97. Growing up I loved Marvel Comics and DC.

Formally known as Meathunter78. Just doing it for meat.

I enjoyed Stan Lee's many cameos in all the movies based on his comics. He made the World a little bit better.

His best cameo was on Big Bang theory. Sheldon received a restraining order from Stan

I heard that last night , sad to loose the talent but at 97 thats a very good run.

how many more Marvel movies will he be in is the question ? my daughter wagers he could be in the rest of them leading up to the final in this "universe" series that should come out in 2 years.

he has had a brief appearance in every Marvel movie so far.

my kids are into comics and movies , I enjoy watching them with them but not really my thing.

I remember the comic book especially Spider-Man when it first came out, too bad I didn’t save any. I remember seeing the Big Bang Theory episode with him in it.

Very creative individual. He was also a very hard worker and in the early years, wrote a multitude of comics by himself.

Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

Stan Lee tribute. Seems like a humble man for his accomplishments.

Never got into comic books. But I enjoyed the movies spawned by them.

Loved comic books back in the day. Still like reading the comics, old ones and the newer ones too. Can't understand why they still publish stuff like Dick Tracy, Prince Valient and one or two others though.......jk
