Seems like I’ve been able to get some free from our local pastry shop.

I know for a FACT I've ordered the square coon buckets that fit a 220 from one of the supply places but can't seem to find them! I remember ordering them and they were pretty cheap, maybe a buck or two a piece. Thought I got them from MTP but don't see them on their website. Anyone know where to get these? Thanks! I have bought a lot them for MTP to ship lure and bait in to customers, but I don't think they have sold them for Coon Buckets. Cumberlands seems to have a bunch on hand at times, but they maybe out too. Menards has green ones in their stores. https://www.menards.com/main/housew....htm?tid=-7622294572818408618&ipos=2

Grocery store bakery. They come with frosting in them. When they are empty, the store throws them away. You can ask them to hold some for you.

My daughter work in a deli in large grocery store. They get salad dressing in the square buckets, so I get mine form them. They actually have so many people ask. They have them sometimes piled in front part of the store. Of course there not going to give them away with so many asking for them. they charge like $2.00. Was a bakery next door to my parents house years ago. My dad picked them out of the dumpster for me.

Donut shop, grocery store bakery the local cat lady for kitty litter buckets! Burger king was good for the round ones years ago but the 220 Belisle's won't fit them.

I got a lot of mine from a farmer that got oil etc. in them. Pressure wash out and ready to go. Another place would be someone that paints.

I get some in the city recycle bins. Both the 4 gal. square and 5 gal. round. Drop off my plastic recycle stuff & take buckets home to recycle. Win--Win. Dennis

Used to get them free from bakery's, deli's etc, now they all want to sell them.

If you get on facebook there is usually a "for sale" group for you city, area, county. Post on there about wanting cat litter buckets. Bet you will get all you need over a years time. I find a lot of stuff I need this way for various projects.

Menards sells a 4 gallon square and a 5 gallon round in green I like those for storing supplies in the cat hills before the season opens and I can still get in there easier before the snow hits.
