I've always bought mine from Dutch Elsasser and haven't given it any thought of where i'll buy from now that he's gone. I'll have to look at these mail-order places for all my powders.

Hippie, since BP is now considered an explosive they'll need you to fill out some info. I'm not a fan of the policy, but if I want to mail order powder from them, it's required.

They will issue you a customer # after you fill out the paperwork... Afterwards you only need to give that # for future orders.

I think you can order as little as 5 lbs. from them... You still have to pay the HazMat fee which increases your per/lb. cost... But you aren't forced to buy it by the 25 lb. case.

I don't mind signing up at those places, Just another password to remember! lol. I'll check them out for powder. I've bought from them before, just not powder.

Does Grafs still pay the regular freight (less hazmat)?

Don't think so... At some point it was reclassified from propellant to explosive.

I think it boils down to somebody figuring out how to get extra money out of the deal. Maybe FedEx bribed someone at the ATF. Lol
