Mont OP trapper Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 308 Manitoba Canada	thanks guys was going to do 40x40 farm shop but then decide to add the extra 20" feet for fur and butchering instead of 2 new buildings. so ended up with 40x60 with 18 side wall. 20 x16 over head door. 60' mezzanine along side wall with the front 40' bench, tool boxes & welders & the back 20' for walk in cooler and the stainless steel sink and counter. really nice to process fur and home butchering.....been dreaming and planning this thing forever and took out the loan and went for it this year. Goldnut going to be a bathroom next summer when i get the trenching done. Tactical.20 i left out the heating pex in cement floor in that area and built insulated room and cooler door off ebay. going with a 240volt air conditioner and coolbot for a walk in cooler....right now maintaining perfect fridge temp just with air conditioner hole partially plugged letting little bit of cool air inside. I did a clear sealer on my fur shed up north, almost wish I didn't, it's like skating on bacon when you get a little grease on the floor. My workshop floor is Rustoleum Commercial and that seems to be a lot better. It also looks really bright - great look.
