With the popularity of social media there are more and more things I would like follow on Facebook, I find that aspect appealing. I use my wife’s account to keep UpToDate on the kids and grandchildren but I really don’t want to get inundated with 400 fake friend requests and deal with the rest of the drama. Has anyone ever set up an alias account just for informational tracking purposes?

I have an account.....don't use it. I let my wife and daughter tell me what is happening with family when they post. I might check it 2 or 3 times a year. Turned off notifications so I don't get 10000 emails about the cat stuck in the laundry hamper and little Johnny made his first poo-poo.

I got one to keep in touch with my daughter and grandkids. I don't post on it, just see what she has posted. Cant say anything bad about it- I hate drama. My one buddies daughter posted that shes gonna miss her husband being away to work for the week. They live in the boonies. I told him she shoulda just told them where she hides the key too lol...…..

Signed up for a site a bunch of hunting buddy's set up, quit going there when I was getting "Friend Request's' from a bunch of 10-12 yr old girls.
