Top three pictures look like P.S. & W, bottom two look like they are Sargent. IMO

As far as collector worth, in my opinion no, too much pitting and damage, the bottom one is broken and is badly pitted, might be able to salvage the chain, that's about it, the other one would be a trapping trap.
Again, IMO

I bet you could get good money for them in an antique store/mall. Folks that like old beat up stuff for decorating would go nuts. I bet to the right buyer you could get $20.00 each. Note I said - right buyer!!

The bottom one with the broken cross frame with the pan is a Sargent, one way to tell that it's not a P.S. & W is the bottom spring eye, the bottom spring eye on a P.S. & W "0" is very large compared to any other brand of trap from that era, the bottom trap has a narrower bottom spring eye, another way to tell that it is a Sargent, which is also unique only to a Sargent, is the round domed bottom rivet on the cross, only used on the smaller Sargent's during the last few years they were in business. The chain on the bottom one(Sargent) is a P.S. & W chain, but the patina on the chain does not match the patina on the rest of the trap, so it looks like it was added at a much later date, and I agree with nyrat, that chain has some value, more than the rest of the trap. IMO
Also, if you look at the pan of the bottom trap, you can also make out the little 4 sided "triangle" where the patent date appears on the Sargent cast pans.
