There Is a transfer station On the road from Delta Jct Alaska to Fairbanks . And just about all the junk has been transferred from the transfer station by the guy who lives across the road.

Actually there are 2 places like that side by side just before Eielson. Actually there are those kind of places all over here.

I'm sure but that one stands out. LOl

We have guy up the road that goes to dump every Saturday never takes anything to the dump but always takes home a load. LOL

When he passes his kids are going to have a mess to take care of.

What the dumpster divers do here is take the bags of trash and set them on the ground and cut them open looking for anything of value (TO THEM). If you have empty pill bottles and its a drug they want if your name is on it its not that hard to find out where you live. I have 2 friends who love with me, Smith and Wesson and the divers are welcome to visit! I remove all the labels and grind anything with our names on it. Drugs have brought a new class of people here too. Have to lock everything up, trailers, boats, snow machines, wheelers, moose antlers, you name it.

My favorite dumps are the “ farm dumps”! The piles of stuff the old farmers used to throw down the hill on the back corner of their property. Shooting glass bottles with a BB gun and chipmunks whenever they scampered out. Always interesting things in those.
