Anyone care to provide input on a suppressor? I'd like to buy once cry once, so I don't mind spending the money, but want to do it right (best reduction and longevity). Obviously, getting one with multiple baffle assemblies to cover different calibers would be nice, but doubtful it would work out. So let's say for a .22, because that's what I shoot the most.

Thanks.

I own a SilencerCo harvester. It's a multiple caliber can It's good for 5.56 to .300wm. I shoot it on my 22-250 and like it. They stand behind there product if something where to happen. I don't own one for any of my .22s but know some people that have bought them. I guess if you get anything from my post you can look at SilencerCo. They carry cans for .22 caliber. Best of luck.

Own a Silencerco Harvester ,& 22 Sparrow, waiting on Hybird 45. Shot Harvester, on my bolt 308/ 7.62 AR 10, M14 E1, 5.56. Haven't threaded barrel on 22 250 at present. Hybird 46, will be used on all the rifles also, plus a 9mm CZ Scorpion machine pistol, and 45 ACP with new threaded barrel. 22 Sparrow, I love it, all I hear is the bolt, and I burn up several boxes every outing. Squirrel, rabbits, never hear it. Excellent screwed on My Browning Black Label 22, for nuisance work. If you go 22, stay below 1100 mz and 52 gr bullets up are quieter. Heavier the bullet, for 224/30 cal, will cut down the muzzle boom. I loaded up sever rds., and experimented till I got what I liked. Love the no ear plugs but wear them any way. Warning suppressed weapons will cause you to put some ammo down range and lots of it. 22, will have you shooting ant hills, pieces of orange clay targets, your neighbors stray cats, in your yard, plus nailing sparrows, out of martin, blue bird boxes. Their expense toys but addicting If you shot alot as I do. Good luck and enjoy Guaranteed you will
PS Theirs couple places on line where you order cans and they will have a list of dealers in your area, that can electronically fill out your paperwork, finger print, photo you , beats going down to local sheriffs office

I am running an AAC Element 2 and a Lane Scorpion on my rimfires. I love them both. The lane is built like a tank and will easily handle a .22 hornet if wish. The AAC is lighter and has no First round pop. The Lane does, but if I didn't have the AAC I probably wouldn't notice it because its minimal.

If a 22 is what u want get an integrally suppressed barrel. They are insanely quiet and no twist on hanging off the end.

I've got 2 .22 cans - an AAC Element 2 & a Dead Air Mask. I like the DAM a tad better but they're both 2 of the best .22 cans you can get. I shoot them on a CZ455 (plinker & squirrel rifle), a S&W MP22 (really like this pistol), & a Walther P22 (jams quite often).

Don't want to go that route, because I have threaded barrels already and like the option of removal when I cross state lines.
