I have probably seen a grey fox track and didn't notice a difference. I'd have to google it.

MnMan did you carry those 2 otter home on your bicycle?
I sure did. I crammed them both into the backpack you see and rode them home. I also have an Ottersled that I pull behind it that I hauled all of the traps and stands into that area. Only about an inch of snow on the ice makes for perfect riding conditions.

I like that rig. It makes me want to go strip cutting and horse logging, very little overhead.
95% of the folks on here, maybe 98% don't have a clue what strip cutting was. No offense intended.

Good job on the 'yote! I have not seen much coyote movement since the warm up here. Hopefully see some improvement in the morning but not too optimistic. Can only see tracks on the ice right now.

Nothing today but this huge buck mink. I am showing Wyatt to set for them in the holes in old beaver dams and such.

Wyatt is his name. He is going to make a fine young trapper. I got him running off to check a trap while I set back and drink coffee. I fixed that other post.

You know I'm giving you the raspberries Les. Great what your doing. Don't let the young apprentice wander off on his own too soon, sooooo much to learn and your guidance grows more important.

Yep, he wanted to hang out all night, but his ma said to send him to the church, to go Caroling with the rest of them, lol. Then they came and Caroled at my house and left a plate of cookies, lol.

I had a female and a kitten moving around the home place yesterday. They luckily missed the sets and hopefully they missed them again last night. We picked up a couple more fox over the weekend but pulled most of our sets.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Nice! At least you've got some snow. High temps here makes it feel like spring!
