Lord God,
We come before you first off giving thanks to You for all you have blessed us with. God we thank you for this opportunity to pray for another individual who seeks Your wisdom and guidance. God, Your word tells us You knew us before we were formed in our mothers womb. Lord, I bring this child first and foremost to Your throne and realize we are truly blessed to take part in this creation of life. God, you know full well every strand of DNA in this child, his mother, and his father. Lord, I firmly believe You have created this child for a divine purpose and may Your hand be on this child and mother in this birthing process. God, may you draw Michael closer to You than he has ever been to You. May he see Your mighty hand in this process and understand You are a loving father like no other. May he see how precious life is and how delicate and yet powerful God You are. Lord, I pray, this man grow closer in love with his wife than he has ever been and raise this blessing of a child up to love and fear You, the one true mighty God who gives us the breath of life. Lord, I command in the name of Jesus Christ, that all fear and doubt be cast back to Satan of which it came. Lord, we give thanks for health and healthy delivery of this one that you have designed as smaller than average. May your blessings abound greatly in this time of delivery and may this child be used for Your purposes and to strengthen his parents relationship with You. Thank you Lord, for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ to us so we may live eternally with You.

Prayers sent my friend. I'm the father of 3 so I know how nervous a man can get worrying about his wife and baby, but I'm sure everything will be okay. My brothers youngest son was born 3 months early and only weighed 1lb 15oz but after a long stint in the NICU he was fine. He's now a healthy above average 15 yr old. Congratulations on the baby when it arrives

Sending many prayers for baby, mom and you. I absolutely know how nerve wracking this all can be as my fiance and I just had our first baby 2 weeks ago. Due to some potential complications, she was delivered via c-section at 36 weeks and weighed 5.04 lbs. Baby and mom are doing great and everything turned out fine.
