I agree 100%. I wish no ill will to her but she should give it up. Clearly she cannot preform her duties.

Not a democrat. Not trump. A republican.
BTW, next to hillary being the other choice, the main reason I voted for trump was because of the scotus positions that may open during the term. He has made too many bone-head moves for me to have any faith in his choices. And it looks like many of his hand picked choices have come to feel the same.

So your not happy with Gorsuch and Kavanaugh?

I'm certain the primary reason she doesn't step down is to preserve the balance of ideological power on the court. Had Clinton won, I think she'd be retired by now.

Eh...wot?

I am happy with them so far. It will take time to see if they are can keep politics out of their rulings.
The way so many who hold/held positions close to the guy seem to have lost respect for him and jumped ship have me believing the best thing for America is limp along for the next couple years and hope both parties give us more grown up choices next time.

Cut back on your CNN intake and maybe you can form some original opinions.

While I won't quibble over the exact amount of Trump's net worth, I think it would be hard for a man of his means and background to surrender his decision making to too many people. There's just not a lot of people you could consider his peer. I imagine that's how he thinks.

It is foolish for any man to believe he "knows more than the generals", let alone a president of the USA.

"The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it."
Theodore Roosevelt

This only works if the people feel they are respected and when they respect their boss.

Whether you agree with her position or not I don’t think it could be argued that she is a brilliant brilliant woman with an understanding of law that not one. Single. Person. On this forum could ever even dream to match. Conservatives hold a majority, as they always have. For the sake of the nation the balance of the court has to be maintained. Or it too will start to swing like a pendulum and become as worthless as Congress. Kinda funny how folks who can barely spell are questioning a Supreme Court justice who graduated top of her class from Harvard. A sincere shame on anyone who would wish her ill will and death for political gain. Shame. I don’t care who you are or who it is your wishing it upon, Democrat or republican, that is an evil mentality that cannot be justified. Go home. Be with your families. Celebrate the birth of the King. And good will to all men.

I don't wish her dead but anyone who says people don't have an uninfringeable right to be armed has no business deciding what is constitutional or not. her goal is not constitutional government as her job demands but instead making political decisions and calling them legal decisions.

I believe she voted that eminent domain can take property from a private owner and give it to another private owner rather than limiting forced sale only for public property.

nothing great about her "legal" decisions.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

X2 she should retire if for no other reason then her health makes her largely unable to perform the duties expected of her but the libs will wheel her to the bench in an iron lung if necessary just to keep from having to give up a seat on the court to another selection of the current president

As far as people leaving his cabinet. That's what the original founders believed in. Serve your country and go home. Not become a squatter. Term limits on congressmen.

I have no doubt in my mind that most if not all of her decisions had political bias behind them. To the liberals on this site she is a champion. To sensible people on this site she is a political tool that tries to push legislation through, via the bench.

Yep they took 1 acre of my front yard 50’ wide and 1,000 long and gave it to a gas line company, and the phone line who make millions for decades to come tossed me a pittance and I took em to court represented myself and judge barely let me speak and pushed me right out the door. Was supposed to be for a new highway they stopped the highway 100 yards from my property and never used 1’ of my property for the road. More government let’s just keep em in power.

A female, gay minority is a shoe-in for the court. These appointments are entirely political.
