I use that, White17. My doctor swears by it.

Well, I like it. I have to say I haven't been using it nearly as often as I should. I think it works. I like it. I can't say for certain it's helped, but I try to continue using it as I seem to like it.

Be very careful about pills. My buddy was on blood pressure meds and they were changing them around. All of aa sudden he started to lose his memory, to the point he had to go to a nursing home, and eventually died from it.

They figured out, too late, that two of the meds he was taking reacted and caused it.

That has always been on my mind. I read up on every drug I'm using. I trust the pharmacist more than the doc !

Very wise White17.

I really miss my buddy. Met him in the early 80's and have known him since. He was a V.N. Vet as you are.
He owned the business beside mine and i watched him struggle when this took place. Sad deal.

I feel that RESPeRATE is very much worth a go. It will not harm, but only help.

I agree Sharon.
It's not cheap, but worth using.

Yes, AJE, though considering the cost in AMA meds and their side effects, its worth every penny.

Along with what I already have known of controlled breathing , and the effects the mindset, music, being truly happy, etc, has on the rest of the body, it is such a wonderful help.

I'll be back in 15 minutes. I'm going to use my RESPeRATE. That's all it takes is 15 minutes. It sure is relaxing, that I know.

Your very welcome.

He started to "go-blank" . I saw it myself early on, he would be making change(he owned a store) and fumble around. He, after getting worse, went to some specialist and when he saw the meds he was on stopped them right away. Damage was already done tho.

Truly, truly, truly,
However: Better living trough chemistry. Has done more to extend human longevity than any other single factor. Will there be slip-up? Sure. Perhaps we have reached the apex of our god-given intelligence. But if we are to slip into mystic chants and incantations, we will be reduced to the longevity of our ancestors who crawled out of their superstitious caves.

Nonetheless, I do wish you good health for 2019. Do you know what kind of incense to use with that machine?

I was able to get off of all my meds, and maintain a BP of 125/73 with a resting pulse of 46-50. All I did was lose 170 lbs. This may not work for you but it has helped me greatly. Best of luck with the med switches and getting your bp under control.

I'd blow away if I lost 170 pounds
