Thank you to everyone. I have a conference with her medical doctors at 1 and with the preacher when I get off work. She is currently hospitalized. She has gotten more agressive, pushing and hitting me and the nurses.

She has; and has had, a medical diagnosis for a mental condition but her symptoms(anger and crying) seems to worsen when the preacher is around or when we read out of the bible which gives credence to. The demons in her head theory.

They told me that fixatiion on religion is normal for her condition as it progresses.

We need help whatever the root of the cause.

I just spoke to Alexys. She sounds very tired but said she is feeling ok. The nurses rold me she had a bad night.

While I dont need to explain myself to anyone I still wanted to explain my presence on here today so much


This morning Jerry told me that all night last night i talked in my sleep about alexys and demons and God . that it went on all night. I dont remember any of it. He told me I need to do something to get my mind off things for a while.

Im at work where i take care of an elderly lady from 9 am til 7 pm and it gives me lots of time to think..too much I guess so he told me to go online to keep my mind occupied.

He's afraid im going to have a breakdown.

Its been a rough couple months. I lost my dad Sept 30th and my grandmother Dec the 11th.

Im not here because I dont care about my daughter im here because it helps me to take a mental break from whats been happening.

If all you have is faith in your belief, that is your foundation to continue on in your quest, prayers are sent for your strength and her's !

Cathryn---I just got on here to see if I could find this post and if not I was going to bring it up to top. I know some of what your going thru. Anything you can do to keep your mind free is good for you and her both.When you keep yourself healthy thats a plus when making decisions that include her. I know you better than you know me, i lurk here alot. I had some of those nightmares a few weeks ago. I would go to sleep praying and then the dreams would come. Some times my wife pokes me with a yard stick to wake me up, she learned not to be too close to me when she wakes me, lol. I am keeping you in my prayers and on the list at 3 churches. I believe a fast flood of prayers is all that saved my (niece fell off house and God sons 13 daughter very near died from chemo for leukemia) Miracles still happen and I'm hoping for one for you.

Not to sound cavalier, but we are all in God's hands. He is just and will do the best that can be done. I've suffered from a similar circumstance.

Cathryn, I have not been on for a few days and didn't notice your post . . . know you are in Mary Lou and I's prayers.

P.S. I'll be leaving on Wednesday. Stop in after work and say hi to Mary Lou. She would enjoy the company.

Thanks all. I have been notified that they are transferring alexys to a long-term care facility. She will be transported in the next 2 to 4 weeks.

There are some tests that she needs to have first.
She will not be coming home before the transfer because of the severity id her symptoms.
They are currently looking at facilities in VA, TN.GA, and SC.
There are no facilities in WV.
She will be there a minimum of 9 months.

Please continue to Pray for us. We are entering a very scary time in our lives and we need to have faith in God but we need some Prayers too. The more the merrier.

Shes been asking me since Friday when ahe was coming home. Tonight i had to tell her she was being transferred to another hospital and wouldnt be coming home for several months.

Its the hardest thing ive ever had to do.
To have your baby crying and being so upset is horrible.
But she needs go. She needs help..
