I have used both regular Fish oil and salmon oil. Any ideas as to which is better?

Trout Oil that is pure sun rendered or good paddle fish oils are the best. Many of the pressed oils don't have near the quality or strength. If it is sun rendered Salmon oil it would be good as well if it is what you are asking about.
