She has openly disparaged our Constitution as old & out-dated. Conservatives have NOT always held a majority. FDR stacked the court with Progressives (of course, he had 12 years to do it). He did NOT choose 1/2 conservative, 1/2 Progressive Justices in order to maintain "balance". For the sake of the Nation (or at least, our Individual Freedom) the court should be decidedly pro-Constitution/Bill of Rights. PERIOD! Last edited by white marlin; 01/07/19 09:02 PM.
